"The room was clean but the bathroom had some hair on the floor. The staff was good but not ver good. Some of them were very kind, others weren’t. The gym didn’t have water to drink. as other hotels. The pool was big, but not very clean. The last day I saw a dead cockroach floating in the pool. I immediately got out of it. Breakfast was very good but the person in charge of checking the room you belonged to wasn’t. I checked in with my kid and they charged me 600 reales for staying in my room. The price paid wasn’t worth. "

"Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again. "

"Great area with lots of restaurants and entertainment. A few blocks from the beach. It’s not upgraded but it is in okay condition. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Door system needs to be updated. You have to often recharge the door key to work. "
