It said studio , but it actually has one bedroom, one living room kitchen and one bathroom. It spacious and has towel, ac, everything we needs. The area is nice , landscaping is excellent. There are some restaurants around affordable and verry good. The seafood restaurant, the mexican restaurant, the price is good. Only thing I probably want is a microwave instead of the gas stove, you know, we lazy tourist not gonna cook, lol. It pretty quiet at night, they have area for car parking and scotter parking. If we come back to Cozumel, we would stay there again. Thank you .

Booked this property in error...it said it was near the airport, i didn't realize that didn't mean Cancun airport. I reached out immediately, within about 10 minutes to cancel and they refused to even give me a partial refund, even though my stay was more than a month away.
