The property was beautiful and the fantastic staff helped us through this nightmare, which was caused by Expedia, The booking was never confirmed with this hotel, However Expedia confirmed, Took payment and carried on sending us instructions and directions etc, We arrived at 2am and there was no key in the safe area, We couldn't get in touch with any one!
