Overall was very good, literally few minutes to st julians. Staff was helpful, area was quite, only thing i wasn’t told they serve breakfast for guest. I am planning a malta trip again and will choose to stay here again

The location is excellent. Near to Paceville, San Gillian and gzira. Bus stops very nearby. The hotel is not a purpose build but a conversion. This creates issues with noise

Pros: The apartment is spacious and bright, with multiple terraces and a convenient location. The layout has real potential. Cons: Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected comfort and privacy. A water pump above the bedroom activated roughly every minute, making sleep very difficult. I had to move to the sofa bed, which was uncomfortable and exposed to hallway noise. The fire alarm was triggered by steam from a hot shower, alerting the building. There were also privacy concerns: housekeeping entered while I was still inside, power and water were cut without notice for maintenance requiring access inside the apartment and a staff member appeared on the terrace unexpectedly. Additional noise from other guests (a late-night Christmas party) further disrupted rest. Despite large terraces, there was no outdoor furniture, making them unusable. Summary: While appealing on paper, the constant noise, interruptions and lack of privacy made the stay stressful rather than relaxing. With better soundproofing and clearer communication, this could be a great place but I would not rebook in its current state.

We had pre-booked a twin bedded room; when we arrived, it was a double; the receptionist tried to move the beds apart but couldn't as there was a double fitted sheet keeping them together. He thought that moving the beds would be acceptable until we pointed out that there was only one base sheet and one duvet ! We asked for someone to change the beds before we accepted the room: this took a long time. The receptionist was not very friendly: we knew that we had to pay 1 euro tourist tax but he "told" us (like we were children) that we had to pay it...not nice. There was no toilet roll in the room (we had to ask for some), only one set of towels (for two people) and we had to ask how to lock the room. The hotel was noisy with other guests but the staff didn't seem to challenge this behaviour...disappointing.

L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble, mais il y a quelques points à améliorer. Il faisait très chaud et il n’y avait pas de frigo dans la chambre, donc impossible d’avoir de l’eau fraîche, ce qui est assez gênant par ces températures. De plus, pas de changement de serviettes de douche ni de draps pendant le séjour, avec pour explication « pas assez pour tout le monde », ce qui est dommage pour le confort. À part ces points, le reste était bien et l’accueil correct.

Wir hatten das Apartment ganz oben und sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber – nochmals vielen Dank an die Putzfrau, die immer fleißig auch unser ganzes dreckiges Geschirr gespült hatte –, ruhig gelegen und mit Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Als kleinere Mankos: Eine defekte Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Fenster, die sich teilweise nicht komplett schließen ließen und fehlende Balkonmöbel, und das bei drei Balkons. Letzteres war wirklich sehr schade, da man sich nicht wirklich raus setzen konnte. Ansonsten hat uns alles sehr gefallen!
