"We feel that Glorietta Bay Hotel main building is beautiful hotel with great people that work there. However we did have an issue with the AC turning on and off during the night which I notified the staff. It was coming on and off every 10 to 15 minutes very loud and not always cooling like it was just the compressor. Also I would like to say that the room is very dated seems that doing an upgrade hasn’t been a priority and that is a shame."

Rooms are not well maintained and the outdoor patio was super dirty, I had to use baby wipes to spot clean cushions and table. This area is vital for the guests who get the rooms that are so small only 2 beds fit, you will not see a picture of this room on the website #110. My brother’s family got that room and we got #111 which was much nicer and had considerably more space even though...
