"Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. Extremely clean. Lovely lounge, bar and dining areas as well as outside areas in the garden. Garden in need of a bit of TLC but is beautiful. Food was really nice both dinner and breakfast."

"Gorgeous old pub in a village setting. Lots of parking. The accommodation buildings are set apart from the pub, and our room was beautiful. Breakfast is served in the pub restaurant- but the landlord will deliver a jug of milk in the morning for use with the tea making facilities. Just make sure the sign outside your door is set to “yes please” for milk! No plastic in sight. We ate at the pub in the evening and the food and service were very good too. "

"Very convient location in the town, next to large parking lot and parking included in room fee. Rooms are above a pub that serves tasty food and extensive beverages, plus you get to listen to the bass from the pub after you go up to your room. The breakfast was exceptional, cuppacino in place of coffee. My favority breakfast after 3 week of travel in England and 10 or so different inns."
