"Room was clean, had a safe, pool was a good size, breakfast included was good and the free entrance to the hot springs at their sister hotel Volcano Lodge was a nice plus. Front desk and breakfast staff were quite lovely, we enjoyed our stay. I'm a light sleeper so I was awaken when someone was checking out around 6am but my room was next to the entrance so theres that! We would stay again :) close proximity to everything was great."

"The dome suite was most unusual and quirky. Large comfortable bed with integrated storage in the unique bamboo head board. Lovely and totally private outdoor space, perfect for watching the birds and immersing oneself into the sounds of nature. "La Quinta is a very welcoming place. The staff is fantastic: very responsive and capable in every respect. I have to make special mention of Diego, who greeted me warmly when I arrived and helped me finalize arrangements to visit two local nature preserves. Diego is enthusiastic and exceptionally competent. I also want to tip my hat to Leonardo, the chef. He make a lamb dish one night that was out of this world. "We had such a great experience at Eco Arenal. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with three kids and it was perfect. The room was very clean, shower was very modern, beds were comfortable, and we never got tired of the many options available at the daily breakfast. The hotel is an oasis, just close enough to bustle of La Fortuna and all the activities but remote enough where you wake up to the sounds of the monkeys and can see plethora of birds flying around."
