"The hotel was run down, we checked in went to order a meal and was told the only thing left on the menu was a turkey roast dinner. The spa was a joke. the bedroom, had no working bed side lights or phone charging sockets. the TV did not have BBC!!! Not a good stay. I don't know how the room rate was justified, i feel let down as i use Hotel.com all the time and don't expect to find a hotel as bad as this on your web site. Unhappy Stuart"

"Perfect location, beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was tastefully furnished. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"My partner and I had a fantastic stay, I really can’t think of any negatives! David and Chris were lovely hosts and the accommodation was so peaceful. There are so many nice walks around the place that we could have stayed a lot longer. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice and they accommodated our vegetarian preferences. Parking is safe and secure off the road and the B&B itself was easy to find (we were given helpful instructions beforehand). I would highly reccomend this property if you’re looking to stay in Betws-y-Coed, we’d love to come back some day! "

"My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. In the evenings I opened my window to hear the sound of the river flowing by. It was incredible peaceful. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. They happily shared hiking recommendations, and one evening when I went down for a glass of wine, a staff member encouraged me to sit by the fire with my book instead of going back to my room. He kept adding logs to the fire while I read and enjoyed my wine - such a cozy touch! The food was also delicious! It was truly one of the most relaxing stays I've had in a long time. I would return in a heartbeat."
