"The room we had was upgraded slightly which was nice . The room cleanliness was lovely and clean and housekeeping staff need to be praised. The only issue I had was lack of communication with the emails I had been sending and not being answered and when they did and wrote a reply again no answer. Staff need better communication when emails are sent and also training on how to respond. The messages that I was sent last night from them basically made me out to be a liar . Due to this i wouldn’t stay here again ."

"The room and the hotel were clean enough. They can do some deep cleaning every month though like the sides on the floor. Parking was easy and safe but I wish it was free for the customers. The only problem is I think they should change their curtains in the bathroom as they have brown colours on it. It is the easiest thing to do as I normally put it in the washing machine and clean mine and it’s like brand new."

"Nice hotel though it’s in Gloucester not Cheltenham .. fab Spa facilities one of the best I’ve been to and I’ve been to many . Lockers a little tricky to lock , kept the staff busy unlocking ! Breakfast was good , we had a drink in the bar late, think they wanted to close from response I got . Our room was very good but realised when I got home I had booked a bigger family room (3beds) but got a cheaper double room . I have no hesitation to return just be careful what you book ."
