"Sadly we weren’t staying very long. Just the one night and we had to head straight to the wedding we were attending. So we didn’t see our room until after midnight. The key was in the door so nice and easy access. Breakfast was fabulous. Much needed after a boozy wedding. The room was cute and comfortable. Love the fully tiled bathroom. "We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. "Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there."
