"Such a lovely place to stay & perfect for a base to get in & out of Bath centre on the park & ride in Newbridge. Great sleep & best full English breakfast. First night we had dinner & dessert off the menu which was A*. However, after eating in Bath the second night we didn’t want much & had cheesy chips of the starter menu which were top notch. Staff were all really friendly & helpful. All been there for years! Highly recommend & we will go back."

"One of our Bristol favourites. Super staff all round. Bed Room one of the best in Bristol, bathroom sadly cramped. Ask for a high floor overlooking the harbour. "

"Staff were excellent throughout our stay. The sauna, steam room facilities were amazing and very clean with everything you needed (lockers, large towels, showers with good quality toiletries, bags for your wet swimwear). In a great location close to city centre shops and tourist spots. Ideal for Christmas market too. Would stay again."

"Big, clean comfortable room, ideal for a family of 4. Staff were excellent and food at dinner and breakfast were really good - a good step up from standard pub food. Home made cookies, and crayons and activity sheets for the kids in the room were a lovely addition."

"Excellent hotel, great location. Spacious room. Dog friendly. Only 1 thing still to be resolved, was I paid for the hotel,Parking and Pet separately with clear request for separate invoices, as I paid everything on arrival and make the request in advance before I arrived and at check in. yet when I checked out they had put everything onto one invoice. Apparently would have take time to resolve but I couldn’t wait. They said they would email-l it to me. But still not received and also reported...

"The bedroom lights were not bright enough for reading at bedtime. The bathroom was lovely, with a separate bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was lovely, but the staff forgot to provide spoons for the cereals and fruit salad, so we had to wait longer before eating."
