We have used this hotel quite often the night before early morning flights. The hotel offers a free shuttle, not only to/from the airport, but to nearby establishments, as well. In addition, the facility has a very nice restaurant and lounge, as well. Imagine our surprise, and our disappointment to learn that only one floor (

Like the location and the service, but the facility is run down, parking lot is like a campground, exterior electronic door lock missing and do not work. Windows are dirty and the elevator has been down for months. Bed was clean and comfortable,

The staff was amazing (Oliver, et al) but the hotel is old and a bit rundown. We never got a room cleaning either. Great location and price! Easy parking too. I hate leaving a poor review, the staff worked hard to make us happy.

Location is perfect for me. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation. I never had my room made up, nor the coffee in the room replenished. Having gotten a reduced room rate evened out the lack of services.

I picked the Crown because it’s close to CLE airport and have a shuttle. The building is big and nice. I only stayed one night. I had the ground level next to the front parking lot where the shuttle pickup. That said I couldn’t open the curtain and early morning I was woken up by patrons talking while waiting for the shuttle. I can also hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that I would have given the hotel a 5 star. My room looks like it’s been renovated and designed classically well. The bathroom has not been renovated for a while

The staff were so helpful. The elevators were down, so the front desk helped us lock our luggages safely. They provided bottled waters because we walked through the stairs.

This is a great option for an early or late flight. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, versus some hotels only runs every hour. Also, there is a restaurant/bar on property. Rooms are spacious and staff was extremely friendly.
