I am so thankful for the upgrade as it gave my party of three ample space to share one room with essentially two sections and two separate beds. "Lovely hotel very close to the station. I was worried about the noise from the pubs across the street but couldn’t hear anything once in the room. Very clean room with air con which was a plus as it was very hot outside. Friendly staff, was able to leave my bag in secure baggage room for the day before my evening train.
