"We were fortunate to have booked our 2 night stay in Inveraray at The George Hotel. Our room was upgraded to allow a large group of ladies to have rooms near each other. We truly lucked out. The room was beautiful, quiet and lovely water views. Every member of the staff was amazing at making us feel welcomes and like long friends. Yule even shared one of his cocktail recipes with us. "Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean, and we'll decorated. The staff were so nice and accommodating despite a flight change that left us checking in late and very hungry. They made us sandwiches and we're so kind. The location is wonderful and the property grounds are nice. Excellent breakfast. The continental was very well stocked and the menu items were delicious."

"Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season"

"Our room faces out the front and had a fantastic view over the loch. Very nice bathroom and well appointed room. It even has American style air conditioning which will cool / dehumidify the room. Just a small note of caution it is an old building so there is no elevator. It is a 18 minute walk to the ferry / train terminal. "Our stay at Inveradran house was wonderful! The property is charming and quaint. We loved watching the birds and red squirrels in the morning! Breakfast every morning was amazing. There are a lot of little details that make the stay welcoming-- like a range of usb charging stations, beautiful views and homemade shortbread (courtesy of Jan). "Both elevators were out at one point, the staff couldn’t check me in even minutes earlier than the 3pm guideline,and the whole ‘meal thing’ felt weird about inclusions or exclusions. Pay to park (but only 10 pounds) for two nights - but still…great location for rail or ferry, but the staff couldn’t check use an upgrade. PS. Why are the damn hallways so narrow to your room? I could barely get by a maids cart…seems like the fire regulations would be wider. Narrowest I have ever seen in any hotel....
