"I had one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had during my stay at Ureta Hotel. The level of customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. A special thank you to Mr. Julio, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel allowing me to leave my luggage with them after checking out while I went on my 5-day/4-night trekking expedition. This completely eliminated the hassle and worry of figuring out what to do with my luggage while I was trekking. That level of accommodation made a huge difference in my trip. The breakfast was also delicious! Another great service they provide is a to-go breakfast bag if you have an expedition departing at 4:00 AM or even earlier. This was incredibly convenient and shows how much the hotel understands and cares about travelers visiting Cusco for early-morning tours and expeditions. A huge shout-out to Miguel as well! He was there to help me at 3:00 AM and at any other early hour when I needed assistance. His willingness to help, professionalism, and great attitude were greatly appreciated. Between Julio's outstanding customer service, Miguel's assistance at all hours, the delicious breakfast, luggage storage, and the early-morning breakfast bags, Ureta Hotel exceeded my expectations. This was genuinely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I felt taken care of throughout my entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ureta"
