Pedimos cambio y se molestaron las 2 señoras de recepción, no fueron tan amables, les rescató la puntuación el Sr. Mayor del restaurante, súper amable en el desayuno, nos trataba increíble, el desayuno rico y la cena deliciosa. "Well positioned a short way up a small hill. Nice tasty meals. However the outside of the shower tray needed a deep clean and our room only had a skylight window which resulted in it being very warm, even at night, in the high temperatures."

"Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats."

"It's a scam on Expedia!!! The Bear Inn exists, but you need to book through their website. We booked through Expedia and theses were scammers - the Inn hadn't heard of us and thought very sad for us and trying to help us, we needed to find new rooms for the night....AVOID!!!!"

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."

"Stunning historic building with a beautiful garden for relaxing, enjoying an afternoon beverage or eating a meal. Probably the best level of customer service I’ve ever experienced, and the food was exceptional. This was the perfect place to stay for exploring the Cotswolds and I will absolutely go back."
