"The parking was accessible and the staff were nice at check in and check out. Our room smelled really bad, like old carpet. It was really strong. I think it’s time to replace and update. It made wonder how often the comforters are washed and switched out. My iPhone 17 brand new charging cord and Samsung cube are missing and I looked everywhere in the room. I left it plugged into the wall. We left and house keeping went in a replaced the bath mat. Did not make up a bed but the emptied the trash out. I reported it when I left. Don’t plan on returning."

"Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were dirty to the point of being uncomfortable. Friendly staff alone cannot compensate for poor cleanliness and lack of maintenance. Breakfast was very limited and the pool was closed. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone."

"Air conditioner didn’t work and Management knew about it. They stuck a small floor model the size of a toaster to somehow air-conditione the entire room. Result was an 85 degree night. One micro sized bar of soap for the three of us. No shampoo. Worst part though, the room reeked with cigarette smoke. I don’t mean as in a small hint of cigarette smoke. No, I mean it was as if it was a smoky honky tonk bar for 30 years."

"Jake was awesome! Our ac unit wasnt fully working and he let us borrow a small fan. There were a couple of dust bunnys on ceiling and shower wasnt fully cleaned but other than that pretty well kept."

"Coffee maker didn’t work in rm 229. Refrigerator didn’t work either. Opened the frig to turn it on and it was filthy and looked like an animal turd was in there, smelt horrible as well. But you get what you pay. "
