"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here are incredibly unprofessional and seem more interested in making false accusations than actually helping their guests. During my stay, an employee actually called me to accuse me of ripping one of their blankets and smoking weed in the room—both of which are completely false. I was then told that I had to pay for a sheet I did not rip just to have my door unlocked so I could get back into the room I had already paid for. Being locked out and forced to pay for something I didn’t do was completely unacceptable. When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee became extremely rude and started yelling at me as if I were some kind of criminal. She kept talking over me and would not even let me explain my side of the situation. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic respect. The way guests are treated here is shocking. Instead of resolving issues respectfully, they jump straight to accusations and intimidation. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else unless you want to deal with false charges, rude staff, and an incredibly stressful experience. "

"Our room has a musty smell despite keeping the window open while we were out. Also, the shower tub drains really slow. On the bright side, the staff are all very accommodating. "

"There was still items left for breakfast at night time. My room smelled odd and I couldn't get rid of it even with Lysol. I had a two queen beds and they were mismatched. One had a memory foam bed and the other had hard springs"

"I stayed for one night and checked out on February 16th 2026 at 9:30am. I told the lady at the front desk that the toilet is clogged and asked if I will be losing my deposit. She said no and will get someone to fix it. Her name starts with an A, she wears glasses and I think is Hispanic. I said great and gave her a Chinese New Years present.Over two weeks gone by and I didn't see my deposit come back into my bank account so I called and asked why I haven't received my deposit back yet. The lady answering the phone told me to wait to check. Then she tells me that it was because of the clogged toilet. Comfort Inn did not contact me by email or phone telling me that and I had to call to find out. The Hotel originally lied to me saying I would be getting my deposit back. I asked in the first place because if they said I would lose my deposit then I would of went to the store nearby like Target and buy a plunger for cheap come back and unclog it myself. It was 9:30am when I was at the front desk and check out was 11am so I had time to go down the street and come back and fix it. They should of just told me that it would come out of the deposit in the first place instead of lying and keeping my deposit. It was something that I could of fixed in less than 30 seconds. I told the lady at the front desk when I called that I will be putting in my review on Hotels.com, Google and Yelp and will take it down if I get my deposit back. "

"While the location and room set up was perfect for us, the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. From the dirty spoon left in the garbage disposal from the prior guests to the old coffee pod left in the coffee pot to the hard crusted who knows what (black) on the bathroom counter and the very dirty carpets - it was a shame! The Sonesta is a good hotel chain but I feel that whomever is managing this particular location is not investing in keeping the hotel clean. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this location and will not be back."

"It was so bad at this hotel that I actually decided not to stay here; there were lots of very shady people, drug dealers, and prostitutes, also very unsafe, so I left."

"Heated pool and hot tub. Awesome hot breakfast, changes daily. Laundry room available ($4 a load I believe). Clean rooms in great condition. Indoor hallways keep it quieter than others. Fridge and microwaves in rooms. Extra linens and safe in closet. Free coffee all day in the lobby! Love staying here. "
