The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow. "The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast was very good, highly recommend the omelette. The fact you could hang the little bag on your bedroom door too, to prevent the cleaner changing your towles and bedsheets for economical benefits was a lovely touch. This also resulted in a little treat being left in the bag when we returned each day. Great hotel, great staff, and a beautiful city."
