"Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! "This was our last stop on our trip. It was lovely! Elevator to our room was a major plus. The room had so much room for just us two. Breakfast was included and delivered both mornings and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had a sauna in our room, but did not have time to use it. Wonderful stay!!!"
