"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Room overlooked a major vehicle thoroughfare - Douglas Street - and there was much traffic noise from cars,trucks and buses, not to mention that the room also overlooked a four-way traffic stop which resulted in traffic stopping and starting. Also, an old fridge adjoining the bedroom make a loud humming noise solved by pulling out the electrical plug to stop it. The air conditioner did not work. The walls were poorly insulated - could hear footsteps and voices from the floor above from other...

At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! "Not a great experience at all. Stains all over the couch and a dead rat at the entrance of the Inn wasn't a great first impression. It was so hard to sleep with all the noise outside our room and we didn't use the pull out couch due to the stains, etc - so we asked and the manager to change rooms. He said no problem.
