"Habitación limpia, baño limpio, excelente atención. Por mejorar: las camas muy pequeñas y no muy cómodas pero aceptable, lo peor el estacionamiento muy lejos y es algo incómodo además de que tiene precio, ósea no es gratis"
"An old hotel which is quite well maintained and clean.
The staff was friendly and guided us the "self checkin" process.
The breakfast was good.
We like the location which is close to Union Square and Chinatown.
The room is ok and we did not like the noisy air conditioning and the old bed frames and mattresses."
"Horrible horrible room. Horrible front desk. The rooms are so out dated and bathrooms are dirty as hell. My stepson has bug bites all over him from what I hope is not bed bugs. But looks like the bite pattern. There is no ac or anything besides a window that barely cracks open. The beds and pillows suck. I will be requesting my money back and looking into these bug bites. As well as the tv doesn’t even work."
"Exceptional service from the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz.
An absolute joy to experience the beautiful atmosphere.
Our first choice in SF will always be the Ritz."
"This was my third time staying here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little boutique hotel that is walking distance to so many things. Hotel staff is extremely accommodating and the rooms are clean. It’s a perfect place to stay in the city that is also within your budget. It’s definitely one of my favorite places in the city to stay."
