"Booked our stay through Expedia and somehow Expedia did not send the payment to the hotel before we arrived. Took a few hours for the hotel to get it straight. The location in Leicester Square is great. the room was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar has excellent views and tasty food. Surprisingly quite room to be in a busy square."

The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet.
We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear and efficient.
Overall, it’s a perfect combination...
