"The hallway carpet was dirty and stained, including a large stain by the entrance. The A/C didn’t work properly—the room stayed around 75° despite being set to 68°, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable."

"Hotel was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, navy pier, museums Lake Shore Drive and other sites. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful. The room was reasonably priced. Only concern was the lobby was a little neglected and unappealing."
