Overall, the hotel is a great value and experience. There seemd to be deferred maintenace in the room. The room temp was ok, but the thermostat was not working. Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
The breakfast was fresh and staff was friendly and hospitable. John greeted us every morning for breakfast and was a pleasure to talk to. This wasn't a 5 start hotel but the staff made it feel like one. I'll be staying here for my next visit without a doubt.
