"The Congress Plaza Hotel was a great choice for location and price. The hotel itself is old. On the one hand, it is great because the lobby has high ceilings and detailed architecture. if it has gold elevators, etc. The rooms are small. However, I would definitely stay there again."

"Room was ok but cramped. Closet was tiny. The bigger issue was the keycard system was down when I checked in and had to wait > 1 hr to get my key card. Otherwise an ok stay. Would prefer if they had a coffee machine in the room."

He could hardly justify the 30 dollar destination fee saying there was free water (which was empty when we went to get some) and a 15 dollar voucher that we vould use (He conveniently left out we had to use it ..."
