It was ok. There were ants in the bathroom, bit we got in so late and left early the next morning that it wasnt worth changing rooms. We just kept the bathroom door close
The only thing that saved this place is that it was mostly clean. Everything in the room was broken or falling apart. No batteries in the tv remote, and no battery cover. Pillows were like rocks, the furniture looked like it had been salvaged from a junk yard, and the curtains were rotting off the rods. I didn't have time to get photos.
I'll admit, driving into the area I was initially concerned. But it turns out that my concerns were not warranted. The staff was nice and friendly (even when I had to come back and get my key card reissued in the middle of the night). The room was in good shape and clean. They were undergoing renovations at this time (currently replacing all the windows throughout the entire property). So they are making improvements one project at a time, I guess, but they are trying and I give them credit for that.
I stayed 1st time, I think it was very good for the price though bed & pillows could have been more comfy but I still say it was good. I can stay again.
My room had ripped and stained carpet. Everything smelled like cigarettes. The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag on ceiling. Located less than 10 minutes to airport but I would never recommend
They threatened to call the cops for a misunderstanding. And their rules and regulations arent included their add.And gave us dirty room infested with bugs and water leakage .they never offered to change the room or proivde refund.Had to check out right away .poor service .
1st day was great 2nd day an hour after I rebook the room, water was shut off.

I’ve stayed at this property over a dozen times and always had a great experience. With that being said, instead of checking out I rebook the room. To my surprise at about noon the water was shut off. Long story short, they told me it’ll be back on in half hour. When I checked out the next day still no water. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand dealing with an emergency (although it seemed more like planned remodeling) but they didn’t notify me, apologize, or thank me. Again I do want to say, it’s Usually a 4-5 star experience with them and this is the only bad experience I’ve had with them.
