The hotel was clean, really nice, and the staff was polite. The reason for a bad review is i was there for two days and did not have hot water to be able to shower.. when i complained all that was said is sorry we are having that issue with the whole hotel and “tried” to credit me for the water bottle i drank in my room even though i already have credit on the room to cover it

From the room, the service, valet, and bellman I can say everything was exceptional. Radisson Blu is very cleanly, and everything was very neat and beautiful. Truly was a great experience and is definitely on my list to stay again!

The hotel staff was very nice, and the location was great and easy to get to. The area felt safe and was very walkable. However, the media/game room had broken and outdated equipment, including only one usable pool cue. The elevator situation wasn’t ideal, and the property overall could have been a bit cleaner.
