Had to change room twice due to tv not working in one and air conditioner did not work in another. Our room had trash can that was not emptied, no towels, and no toilet paper! No hot water foe two days. On-site restaurant was closed. Staff did not even know about our reservation. Left hotel after two nights. Attempted to contact Expedia upon arrival but Chat was not helpful and insurance was not honored. Hotel needs an update. It has potential to be great, but that's not what we saw.

Las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre. El mueble de la lámpara, llena de polvo y la lámpara igual. Atrás hay un terreno horrible. Y del techo cae mucha basura de la palma.

Las habitaciones se encontraban sucias con residuos de viajeros pasados, no había agua caliente, las habitaciones estaban muy descuidadas, el personal de recepción no se encontraba cuando se le necesitaba para atender algo . De hecho para entregar la habitación tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 30 min. A que llegara el personal. Muy mala experiencia

Das Zimmer war grausam. In unserem Zimmer war ein feuchter modernder Teppich, dreckige Bettwäsche, dreckige Vorhänge, eine Kakerlake & Schimmel an den Wänden. Auf die Anfrage ob ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen würde, bekamen wir die Info dass erst am folgenden Tag ein anderes Zimmer frei werden würde unser Zimmer jedoch auch gereinigt wird sodass wie uns dann entscheiden können in welchem Zimmer wir bleiben wollen. - Am darauffolgenden Tag wurde uns weder ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, noch war ein Zimmermädchen in unserem Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, jedoch ist ein Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer aus gesundheitlicher Sicht definitv zu meiden!

Les quiero comentar que todo muy mal. Es lamentable que Expedia con corrobore la información que publica el hotel: Cuarto abandonado. Arañas y telarañas en rincones y polvo. Despúes de las 8 pm sin agua. Aire acondicionado sin funcionar. Cama sucia con polvo de dias. Regadera del baño la tuve que limpiar. Toallas nunca las cambiarón. El responsable de la noche me comentó que no colocaba la bomba de agua porque hacia ruido y otra huesped se molestaba y tenia prioridad. Estoy pensando en colocar una denuncia con todos los videos que tengo, porque la estancia fue muuuy cara vs. el cuarto sucio que nos diaron (habitación 7). Lamentable.

Es un hotel boutique , con 10 años de antigÜedad...muy bien ubicado, a solo 3 cuadras de la plaza principal , el fuerte y la laguna, no tiene amenidades , pero para ser hotel boutique bien, aunque renovado ...el único detalle que había poca presión de agua para bañarse. La limpieza muy bien, la cama muy comoda. Tania la anfitriona muy agradable y atenta en todo momento.

Do not recommend.

The cleanliness level of this hotel is definitely below acceptable standards. The bed sheets and towels were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. That being said, the staff is friendly and welcoming. While the price is reasonable, it does not justify such poor hygiene. I would not stay here again.
