"The property was barely acceptable; while the linens were clean the mattress was visibly stained. The bathroom had lots of missing trim and sealant, while the plug-ins near the bed didn't work. I ended up staying at another location for most of my time. Finally, the staff were unhelpful when it came to a late check-out."

"I like the location of the hotel,there are some restaurants across the street…room was clean and big for 3 people , bed was comfortable… but I didn’t like the position of the emergency stairs to the slow operating elevator , another thing was the breakfast with poorly prepared food and choices, omelette was served frozen and some other things was missing from the menu of the day… breakfast room was also not clean enough , limited space and overflow garbage…but after all i like my stay"

"E cellent place to stay in Airdrie. The hotel was super clean and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The front desk staff were especially helpful, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again in the future."
