"This is a great hotel if you need a kitchen and plan to eat in your room. The location was excellent and it was a good value. What we didn't know before arriving is that there is no housekeeping service unless you stay longer than 7 days. Also, there are no balcony's with the rooms nor any nice places to sit outside. Otherwise it is a nice hotel."

"For the Berkshires, a nice, affordable option. Property has been updated, has some luxurious touches (le labo!), and is overall nicely designed. Food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms could be a little bit cleaner, and the staff could have been a bit friendlier (but maybe they were just exhausted from a busy season). If you’re staying on the first floor, the a/c definitely works but dehumidification is kind of an issue. Overall, a good stay. Location is convenient to absolutely everything."

"It was a sufficient experience. We had worries when we retrospectively looked at the motel, but I think when the right staff members are there, they show that they care about being excellent in their delivery of good service. They did a fine job overall. Maybe the bathtubs could use a nice scrubbing before people arrive, though. There was a bit of a tub ring."

"Clean room. Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. Feels a little more like an upscale motel, rather than a historical building as presented in the online photos. Many rooms are situated in parking lot on main level; however; it is very comfortable and convenient."

"Staff are amazing - suites are large and capacious with great toiletries. We had our service dog with us and everyone was very helpful. Only issue was the elevator near our room (furthest away) was out of order. Pretty sound proof except the air pressure from the exit stairs kept rattling our door whenever someone use it. Would def recommend if you want a comfortable location to sightsee the surrounding areas or if you’re passing through town and need a good place to rest."
