We absolutely love it here. My husband and I stay here a couple times a year for a getaway. The staff is always pleasant. They are renovating the hotel, but it is not affecting the stay at all. I highly recommend this hotel. I cannot wait for my next stay!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed here because odds the pool and hot tub. They were clean and well maintained, just need better ventilation. Honestly the only complaint. Breakfast was very good also.

Driving up to the hotel the landscaping was very impressive and beautiful. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We have no complaints.

I love that this location is so close to the Holyoke mall. The breakfast, coffee all day and pool were nice perks! I just wish the ice machine had worked on our floor but other than that we had a great stay and will be back!
