"Great “motel” close to Lenox and Tanglewood! Nice rooms, nicely decorated. Vibrant restaurant/bar in lobby. Nice outdoor seating with a band playing. Small but good menu."
"This was for a quick night sleep. Not going to lie, it felt a bit sketchy at first glance, but I was pleasantly surprised. The employee was friendly and helpful at check in. The room was clean and did not have a smoke smell. I will say the outside doors to our building had a card reader to get in but you did not need a card, which kind of creeped me out security wise but it was fine. They had a good selection of breakfast items, make your own waffle machine, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, yogurt, and more. Also, the coffee at breakfast was fantastic, I normally hate motel coffee, but it was great."
The Black Swan Lee - Lenox, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Loved this place. It was a bit dated aesthetically, but the charm outweighed that. Beds are comfortable. The setting on the lake is beautiful and its size of the hotel is lovely. Staff and guests were delightful. In retrospect, I wish I’d paid more for a lakefront room — it would’ve been worth it. Hotel is centrally located and it’s easy to get everywhere. Only negative was that there was no recycling."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsfield-Lenox-Berkshires by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful, clean and new hotel in great location between Lenox and Pittsfield. Room was lovely, bed comfortable, and breakfast offered everything you would expect. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were delighted to find this place and will definitely return next time we come to the Berkshires."
"The hotel was very clean and the owner payed attention to details. The community room was inviting with coffee and snacks available at all times. Our room was pristine and she added special touches. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others"
