"Would have been nice to know thst the place was being remodeled. Changed the lock on our door after 6pm. Had to go down to front desk to get jew key cards, after geing told we didn't heed to. First room had ants, and although they did gove us a new room, they couldnt be bothered to apologize. The 2 indivuduals that did breakfast were fantastik. Veey friendly and on top of everything"

"LOVED having a room with balcony overlooking the stream/river. Very peaceful atmosphere, we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a beautiful park where you can enjoy fishing/swimming/cookouts. Driving distance to the casino, Santas Land and more. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms could potentially use some updating, it is easy to see the age of the hotel but overall was clean and inviting."

"I was very disappointed with this motel. The only good thing about it is that it is overlooking the river and has access to it. The deck is wide and has rocking chairs. The first room we stayed in had a bad leak in the ceiling in the bathroom the first night when it poured. It leaked around the light fixture and we could take a shower while doing our business. I called the motel because there was no front desk phone number. No one answered, so I went to the office. No one was there and there was...

"If you’re visiting Bryson city, this is the place to stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and super friendly. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be back again. The view of the mountains while sipping our morning coffee or tea is one of the best ways to start your day. Plenty of additional parking off the main driveway...
