"I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my family. The place was wonderful and clean and we had 2 rooms for a family of 4. The room is equipped with basic amenities including microwaves and washing machine which were indeed very convenient. The lady in the reception was very helpful when the bathroom water was not flowing out and she helped fix it. The place is about 20 minutes walk to the train station and near to most of the main attractions. Highly recommended. "

"Extremely pleased with the Princes St Residence. We stayed in apartment 2. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen and living room was nice and spacious. Our favourite thing was the view of the Edinburgh Castle from the living room window. Perfect location for those who want to walk or transit around downtown Edinburgh. Close to everything - food, shopping, parks etc. "

The daily wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a nice touch to enjoy talking to fellow guests or just read a book by their library area. "

"We were welcomed by the front desk with big smiles and Champaign. The location of this hotel is stellar, perfectly central to everything including the Waverly train station and very safe. I traveled with my daughter and we confidently explored the area after dark. It was a very short walk to all attractions, we didn’t uber once. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, bar and restaurant lively and energetic. I couldn’t be more please with our choice to stay there."
"Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat.
The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...
