"Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to the front desk team ready to assist with anything you need, always with a smile. Good breakfast buffet for the price. Very central to everything in Chiang Mai. Central mall and Maya mall are couple of minutes away."

"Staffs were amazing and location is good plus for food and laundry self service location is right outside the gate."

"highly recommend! very accommodating and close to everything!"

"Staff are very helpful and friendly "

"Such great value! You’d find it almost impossible to find a better value hotel stay than here. We’ve stayed both times when visiting Chiang Mai. The hotel room itself easily competes with expensive 4-5 star hotels nearby, yet it’s a quarter of the price. Would recommend!"

"A nice hotel with plenty of free parking space. Location is also good for shopping at Maya plaza."

"We were really impressed, great rooms (double and twin next door for teenagers). Rooms very clean and high end. Breakfast amazing. Reception staff very helpful. Loads of laundry places close to drop. We actually used a coin operated one for 30 baht! Close to Thai boxing arena. We loved it there. Uncle restaurant pricey for Thailand but excellent food and drinks. We went twice."

"Staff was great helped with trips and answered questions. They need to offer breakfast though."

"Good location for old town and new and upcoming areas... off main road which meant it was quite, staff, rooms, gym and pool all spot on "

"Quient, friendly, approachable staff and breakfast provided."

"Very good, great location "

"the hotel was great and the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend!"

"This hotel is amazing. The room was huge, had a great pool and the staff were alll so kind. The hotel has a great coffee shop and separate sitting area. The area has a lot of food carts nearby but lacks some of the bigger shopping spots. Lastly the hotel didn’t have breakfast available when we were there but that didn’t make us love it any less. Amazing spot, highly recommend "

"This hotel is really excellent!! If you’d like to enjoy meals, night life, and massage, why don’t you choose here?! MAYA shopping mall is so near. There are some music bars which so cool. And the rate of massage is so cheap. Of course, the facilities of the hotel are high level, and you can spend time with peaceful mind, because the area is not loudness. Additionally, the staffs are kindly, friendly and gently."

"It was amazing! The rooms are impeccable and I loved the balcony + rain shower-head! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was so great and free!!! O and the wifi was super fast! Only issue was that it was a little difficult for taxis to find this place and its a little far from old town but overall the experience was great and I would stay again!"
