Great location and lovely staff. However, it is next to a club which is noisy. Walkable to Nimmam and Mall only 5-10 minutes away. Issues, the smoking area was dirty for sometime and took too long to get cleaned. Included emptying of the bins which did smell.

We had a wonderful stay at ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub and were very impressed with the overall experience. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was truly tip-top. Everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay. The front counter staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, especially Mr. Nest. He was always very polite, welcoming and greeted guests with a genuine smile. His excellent service really made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is also in a very good and convenient location, making it easy to get around Chiang Mai, with many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas nearby. We were also impressed by how clean and pleasant the hotel feels from the moment we walk in. There is a very welcoming and positive vibe throughout the hotel. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, thanks not only to the excellent location and cleanliness, but especially to the wonderful staff and housekeeping team. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chiang Mai! 👍😊

Hospitality and respect for travellers. One thing that impresses me the most is that we left a tips for the cleaners in the room without mentioning anything. And the money remained there when we came back to the room. It turns out that the staff is so conscientious about travellers’ property that they didn’t even dare to take the tips. We then needed to leave the tips together with a thank you note. Really impressive!
