"I BONKED MY HEAD ON THE ROOM MULTIPLE TIMES!!! It was super ouchy. They should’ve given us the taller room for 6’0 people. There was only a foot section of foam protection, but not on the whole ceiling!"

I didn't read the room description correctly and didn't know there wasn't any air-conditioning :( Biggest issue was that the bedroom was colour drenched decor with everything done in dark green/blue. It was like being in a cave with virtually no lighting ..."

"There is A/C in the rooms so it was unbearable and very hard to get comfortable to be able to sleep. The lift to the Aiguille du Midi is right in front of the hotel and you get woken up by the very loud message from the lift announcements. Ok otherwise"
