"This is a charming boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle - but still within easy walking distance (10-15 mins) to major attractions such as the Basilica, main square, convent, and market. The garden is an oasis away from the crowds and noise of downtown. There is also a small heated pool with jets. Breakfast features a nice selection of fruits, yogurt, cereal, meat, cheese, olives and made to order eggs. The vibe is warm and unpretentious, very much like staying with friends - this is only enhanced by the staff. In particular, Carlos was always friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. He is a true gem. "

"The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring."

"llegué al hotel y no me dieron mi cuarto sino hasta las 6:00 pm porque no habia agua en todo el hotel, no se podia ni usar el baño del lobby. ni siquiera me compenaron por las horas perdidas. la zona del bar / mirador estaba en reparaciones y no es nada de lo que ofrecen en las fotos."

"This is a great hotel. Unfortunately the room opposite mine had their tv on so load I could hear it despite being on the opposite side of the corridor, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. They asked them to turn it down but I could still hear it at 4:30am! I would nevertheless stay here again because the hotel itself is great and the staff and service is excellent and location is close to everything you want as a tourist."

"Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too."
