Staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Gave a map of viejo San Juan to see what’s nearby. Hotel is in such a convenient area to explore. The Photo Booth and place to buy drinks & stuff downstairs was also very convenient!

It would be helpful if they notified you of the additional resort fee of $200 a night that was unexpected. As a guest they weren’t really accommodating it was all about how can I get you to spend more money. They hosted events at the resort and the guests were not able to attend without paying for ...
