"Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? "We were confused with what Expedia listed this property as since we thought we were staying a hotel. We ended up in a little villa with a kitchen which was fine as I used it to cook and as I’m Italian, we enjoyed it. My main criticism is the gym. It closes at 7PM. This is unacceptable by any standard. The gym was lovely but what is the point of having a gym if it closes too early. The point is to enjoy it and maximize daytime hours. At minimum it should close at 10pm. They we not reason whatsoever for it to close so early. We wanted a place with a gym and we didn’t want to sacrifice our daytime hours. This was not okay. Also, someone should look into the kitchens to ensure the basics are there. We had some basic things but not others. Overall though, we loved the fact the shoreline is not built and we saw glorious pine trees from the water, we had our dedicated beach chairs, it was absolutely peaceful! Would love to come back and we hope the gym hours change!"
