Very nice property with an excellent vibe and great staff! Lots of nice touches and the included breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip (an Italian style collazion not the American bacon/eggs most hotels were providing). One thing to note which was not made clear upon booking and was a bit of a disappointment, there is no outside food or drink allowed anywhere on the property, which means you can’t enjoy your own drinks in the pool area, so in that sense it is not really an “Agriturismo” or Bed and Breakfast but more of a standard resort/hotel. The nightly rate was very reasonable and the offered dinner each night was also excellent and a reasonable value at 30euros per person for three courses, so overall we were still very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We really loved the property. The attention to detail, the pool and hot tub, all the little things made it really special. The property is about a 15 minute taxi ride from the train station. Offering a shuttle for a fee would be nice touch. Beds and amenities were everything you could ask for. Also a lovely spot to chill for a few days after Rome or Florence, busyness. Restaurant on site is lovely. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was delicious, with a lot of homemade and local ingredients. As there are no restaurants close by, the only choice is to eat there. With this in mind, our recommendations would be to ask about food allergies and sensitivities to accommodate everyone. Horse back riding was for experienced riders only. That said there is a horse farm close by that is suitable for all. We thoroughly enjoyed our Agritourismo stay and would highly recommend them.
