Expedia overbooked the hotel rooms. I was informed 20 minutes prior to my arrival that my booking could not be honored due to Expedia overbooking the room. I will not be using Expedia again, as there was 0 accountability.

The card locks on the doors did not work well. My family could not use our door from the patio/parking lot which would have been very convenient and helpful.
