Included lots of the amenities that I like such as a full length mirror. the breakfast was very tasty and the owners were friendly and attentive. "The staff was great! The hotel is newly remodeled & everything is very clean & comfortable. All 3 days the proteins like eggs & sausage were very disappointing.There's a variety of breads, & cereal. The pastry is rubbery. The new shower floor is slippery. The staff gave us a rubber mat upon request."

"As always a great stay rooms are fresh and new and always clean. Check in is easy and staff are helpful. Love this place as it’s a short walk to all Clifton hill and either casino. Bonus is that parking is free and there are many choices for food in the area 😊"

"The hotel was amazing a good location in Niagara Falls the staff where very helpful and the room was clean and welcoming. The Jacuzzi was the best part got a lot of use out of it during our stay. I would highly recommend staying there and plan to go back next year"

"Every one was very helpful at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was okay. Price wise a better deal than other restaurants. The hotel location is perfect as you can walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants My only issue is that housekeeping never came into our room to even empty the trash. Had to request fresh towels, as someone did enter the room and removed the dirty towels, but never provided us with more towels."

"Honestly I wish I could give this hotel a 0 stars this place is horrible and If you own a truck forget parking in the underground parking they do not warn you at all what vehicles can and can’t go in there got yelled at by the staff my room door would not lock so it was open for everyone to steal everything so we moved rooms just to find out the key card scanner doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in took us 1 hour each day of the trip to get into our hotel room not to mention none of the outlets...
