The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming; while they didn't speak fluent English, they communicated brilliantly using a translation app to ensure all needs were met. "I liked that the staff spoke English Spanish and Portuguese. We chose this property because we wanted to use the Spa. This feature is in their name. The Spa was closed during the time we were at the hotel. Very disappointing. :-("

"This property is heavenly, a real oasis from the hustle and bustle of busy towns. The service is very attentive, the breakfast is out of this world. They served so much food that there was no room left on the table! We particularly enjoyed the fresh pressed OJ every morning. This place is peaceful, small and gorgeous!"
