Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel
Everything was AMAZING. The breakfast was delicious with so many options and typical Colombian dishes. The hotel amenities looked like they were pulled from a painting. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Literally no complaints; hands down the best hotel in Cartagena!!!!
