"Over all very good"

"I checked in and the first room had stains on the couch and smelled. Manager moved me to another room that had more stains on the couch, stain on the bath tub, and hair in the sink. Wouldn’t give me a refund. "

"Stayed here twice now and both times the rooms were clean & spacious and both times the staff were super nice. "

"We showed up and the clerk did not ask for my ID. They gave us a key to the second floor. The elevator was out of service. When we walked up the stairs and onto the second floor, there was a sewage smell. There were missing ceiling tiles in the hallway on our walk to the room. There were some ceiling tiles that had black splotches and wet spots. We did not feel safe, when I reported the smell to the clerk, he asked if it was a weed smell. When I explained it was a sewage smell, he stated he's received that feedback before and that the hotel is undergoing a full renovation. He also mentioned that the 3rd floor was 100% inaccessible as the locks were not working. We were scheduled to stay there 5 nights, but we felt so unsafe we left immediately. On the way out, the exit door had what appeared to be a broken lower window panel with what appeared to be a rock hit."

"We loved the Hotel"

"Parking was fine. There was no silverware or dishes provided and none was available to use. I had to spend my own money at Walmart just to buy a plate, a cup, a pan for cooking, and some silverware. There was zero hot water my entire stay, all three days and nights. Cold shower every morning and trying to wash dishes in cold water. No refund discount was allowed. They put a hold on my debit card for possible damage. I checked out 4 days ago and the room was in excellent condition, as when I checked in. They still haven't lifted the hold. When I called the hotel, in extremely broken English, they bounced me to the Motel 6 customer service line. When I called the customer service line, in extremely broken English, they wasted 15 minutes of my time before bouncing me to hotels.com. After 30 minutes on the phone with hotels.com, they denied any refund or discount and claimed it will be 7 to 10 days before the deposit is given back. That has never been the case with any other hotel I've stayed with over the years. I'd strongly recommend against staying at this motel."

"Room was clean, pool was nice and clean, shower was nice, very good water pressure. Area is very nice Little outdated, otherwise decent place to stay."

"Older property but very nicely renovated. My room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff were super friendly. If they have the cheesecake in the convenience store, get it!"
