"Clean room and good view"

"Room was clean and had all we needed for our stay. The only hick up was that the charging outlets by the bed did not work and one side light also was out. We did not have breakfast at the Hotel but we did have dinner at the bar and the food was fine, on the cold side though. The highlighted beer was very good, better then expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great time."

"The good: The room was clean, and the room finishes fairly recently updated. The staff was very nice as well. The rooms were also fairly spacious. The not so good: the mattresses were rock hard and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom faucet was installed too far back so you have to put the water on full blast or else it gets all over the back of the sink. The door between three adjoining rooms had no soundproofing so you can hear every word of a relatively quiet conversation next door. The breakfast was pretty terrible - low quality products made from powders and reconstituted. My kids, who normally eat anything, basically took only one bite of each of the items and spit it out. For some reason this hotel had great reviews especially for families. And I'm not sure why. "

"Breakfast was great, assuming you can find somewhere to sit. Bar was under renovation and no one said we would be across the street at the annex hotel, where there is no staff, except housekeeping, you have to cross the street to have breakfast and good luck finding a seat! We had to go on a hunt to find an ice machine since the one on our floor didn't exist, parking absolutely was awful, our "city view" was of a barren parking lot and a very tired rooftop. Oh and lets not forget tge bathroom with the chipped/peeling paint above the shower, and the bathroom light did not consistently work, not that there was any way to get help, since all the staff are across the dang street! I will absolutely NEVER stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone. Between the bait and switch with the hotel room/building, lack of staff in second building, having to cross the street to eat breakfast, and the yuck bathroom its a nope. Go elsewhere. "

"Room - very clean and have kitchen Pool - indoor pool with slide was very good for kids. Outdoor pool and plash park was not open during the spring of 2026. Movie theater - every night is a movie night and the theater has a very good recliner sofa seat. The resort itself is located in very prime location, there is an outlet mall just in front of the resort and there are many restaurants close by. Also beach and broad walk is just 5 mins drive. "

"Love this place — we use it all the time now and it’s become one of our favorites. It feels safe with the fence all the way around and the gate at the entrance. The rooms are always clean. We also like the location — shopping is nearby, Ocean City is close, and Assateague is nearby too. Very convenient and one of our go-to places to stay."
