Even with AC switched off there was constant noise in the room from the system making it difficult to sleep. Also zero goodwill in refusing to refund the night I didn't stay due to change of plans. Leonardo is the better choice, but not quite so "posh".

Great hotel in the center of Cardiff, great location for millennium stadium, castle, bars, restaurants, shops. Staff really friendly, nice bar. Didn’t know you had to book the spa so couldn’t use it but from what we saw it looked nice.

Lovely communication on App and email however I was offered the spa experience cheaper than what I paid so had a glass of bubbles to make up for it. The Sorting Room Restaurants is Michelin Guide listed. the food exquisite. The hotel extremely well lrun. The entire Hotel is lovely.
