"Breakfast was horrible, the bread actually had mold on it. Did not empty our trash cans in the room not once, kept having to go to the counter to get towels and wash cloth's, because they were not restocked. The bathrooms were just nasty. No water pressure in the shower. I understand it’s a cheaper hotel but they can do a little better on the room service and the breakfast."

"We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. Check in was smooth and timely. Villa was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was already available kitchen wise(excluding food of course). The only issue we had was the build up in the coffee maker. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while but this was easily fixed with some vinegar and hot water cycles. Something easily overlooked but also easily fixed. We took our 2 children and family pet and we had an amazing time. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our family and friends."

"The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here."
